Shift/Pay Rate:
- 1st shift | 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM | Monday- Friday with some Saturday’ s | $18.50/hour
- 2nd shift | 2:00 PM-12:30 AM | Monday – Friday with some Saturday’s | $19.00/hour
- ***Must be able to train on 1st shift for 2 months***
Responsibilities:
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Loads and unloads raw materials needed for production.
- Loads caps into the hopper of the capping machine
- Starts machine and observes operation to detect malfunctions of machine.
- Adjusts temperature on heat seal tunnel on occasion
- Tends to various machines related to Extracting
- Pushes buttons, etc. to activate machine.
- Perform adjustments needed for the machine to run effectively
- Read specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements
- Sets production speed on the amount that is filled.
- Loads rolls of shrink wrap film onto the shrink wrap machine
- Observes machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction.
- Performs minor machine maintenance such as oiling machines, troubleshooting, assembling machine, disassembling machine for cleaning and sanitization.
- Clean and sanitize the equipment
- Keeps a clean workstation and safe environment for the production line
Requirements:
- Must have machine operation experience preferable in the food manufacturing industry
- Must adhere to GMPs and PPE’s safety protocols
- Must be able to stand up to 10 hours during shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must have solid stable work history
- Pass background and drug screen
