Regal Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee inventory accuracy, material movement processes, and cycle count operations within a warehouse environment. This role ensures ERP/WMS system integrity while leading inventory improvement initiatives.
1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
$31–$36 per hour (DOE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead inventory control operations and cycle count program (Oracle Fusion)
- Monitor material movement accuracy and reconcile inventory variances
- Oversee pick-list generation and production inventory support
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Support month-end and annual physical inventory processes
- Train warehouse and production teams on inventory transactions
- Supervise and coach inventory control team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of inventory control or materials management experience
- ERP/WMS experience (Oracle Fusion preferred)
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Valid forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
- Stable work history
- Must pass background check and drug screen
