Regal Staffing Services is now hiring for a General Maintenance with Plumbing Experience for a warehouse located in the Plano, TX 75074 area.

Shift/Pay Rate: 1st shift (8am to 4:30pm): $35hr.
Responsibilities
- Read blueprints and building specifications to map out plumbing layouts.
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures.
- Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues, including leaks and clogs.
- Collaborate with contractors and other trades on new construction or renovation projects.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; completion of an apprenticeship program preferred.
- Valid plumbing license (as required by local regulations).
- Experience in commercial, industrial, or residential plumbing.
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Additional physical requirements include sitting, bending, hand dexterity, reaching, speaking, and seeing as well as ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to pass background and drug screen.
