We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to lead a team of 20–25 associates to success.
Pay & Perks:
- Pay: $25/hr+ (based on experience)
- Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon–Fri (occasional Saturdays), 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Stable, full-time hours in a growing industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Coach: Supervise 20-25 associates, conducting training and performance reviews.
- Drive Production: Meet daily quality and production goals through process optimization.
- Manage Logistics: Oversee staffing levels and maintain accurate production records.
- Enforce Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of manufacturing/repair operations experience.
- Experience in recycling/multi-manufacturer repair is a major plus.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in varying warehouse environments.
- Must pass background check and drug screen.
